Jesus calls His followers—or “disciples”—to live according to His teaching and example in all areas of life, not only in religious matters. Our discipleship ministry is designed to help people move from being curious about Jesus Christ to being mature disciples, as we seek to connect with people beyond the church, welcome others into our church community, become established in the faith, and go out out to serve Jesus Christ in the church and world.
We believe parents are the primary disciple-makers for their children, and All Saints has covenanted together to walk with parents and children by connecting with children relationally, teaching them all of God’s Word, and applying the Word to all areas of their lives.
Our goal is to disciple and be discipled, learn to lead, and fellowship with one another. We meet every Thursday morning for a time of prayer and discipleship structured around discussion of books on topics like theology, spiritual formation, leadership, and shepherding, or practical wisdom. We also host periodic events for men of the church to hang out and share life over good food or a fun game. Our biggest event of the year is our annual men’s retreat, where we get away from the Cities for a weekend to worship together, soak up intensive teaching, and spend time in the great outdoors.

The Women’s Team works to encourage, disciple, and welcome All Saints women by reaching out to the congregation, praying for and with them, and fostering community and fellowship. We offer a variety of Bible studies, prayer opportunities, retreats, and fellowship events. The All Saints Women’s Team delights in loving, serving, and discipling the women of our church!
